WoW: Patch 6.0.3 Hotfixes Updated for Dec 15th

* More class tuning changes come with the hotfixes including rogue buffs, Poundfist's HP scaling higher with more players, and Tome of the Clear Mind stacking up to 200.
* As far as Garrison hotfixes, you must own a Level 3 Stables now if you want to get the achievement The Stable Master--you can't visit a friend's Level 3 Stables to loot the Garn-Tooth Necklace anymore. Another quality of life change in testing is that captured beasts can now stack to 20 at the Barn.
