Right from the level 1 you’ll be able to take a few quests and capture various mounts in Draenor. The trained mounts, after you “learn” them are remaining in your mount journal permanently like any normal mount you have collected so far. These are the mounts you’ll get: Trained Icehoof, Trained Meadowstomper, Trained Riverwallow, Trained Rocktusk, Trained Silverpelt, Trained Snarler. The The Stable Master/Advanced Husbandry achievement will reward you with one more mount.
At level 2 you’ll be able to interact with object while mounted.
Mount speed is increased by 20% at level 3. Since flying is now allowed in Draenor, this speed boost can be useful in some cases.

The mage tower will help you with portals to the main areas of Draenor.
•Level 1: Allows the collection of ogre waystones from Ogres on Draenor. These waystones can be used to power an Ogre Waygate of your choice on Draenor.
•Level 2: Unlocks access to a second Ogre Waygate for a total of 2.
•Level 3: Unlocks access to a third Ogre Waygate for a total of 3.
All the levels are the same but with new level you’ll be able to use up to three portals (Ogre waygates). To open a waygate you’ll need Ogre Waystones. These stones are dropped by all the ogres in Draenor, but you need at to have the tower built for them to drop. To open a gate you need 25 stones and to close it you’ll need 10 stones. There is a gate in each major areas of Draenor:
•Frostfire Ridge at 61.5,45.6
•Gorgrond at 58.0,34.5
•Nagrand at 32.2,46.2
•Shadowmoon Valley at 50.5,35.6
•Spires of Arak at 54.6,51.6
•Talador at 55.1,46.0.

•Level 3: Allows the creation of a siege vehicle once per day. Drive it to victory in Draenor!
At first level you’ll be able to access the following things items: Pneumatic Power Gauntlet, "Skyterror" Personal Delivery System, Sticky Grenade Launcher, Robo-Rooster. The second level will give you access to a few more inventions: GG-117 Micro-Jetpack, N.U.K.U.L.A.R. Target Painter, Prototype Mekgineer's Chopper/Prototype Mechano-Hog, Sentry Turret Dispensor, XD-57 "Bullseye" Guided Rocket Kit.
The third level allows you to use siege vehicles in Draenor. Every day you’ll get a new one that you’ll be able to use. We don’t have mode details about these siege engines at the moment unfortunately, but we will keep updating. Keep an eye on every detail here. These Scraps are used as a currency for the Iron Horde Scraps you’ll be able to purchase from this building. The second level of this building only gives you access to more transmog items at the moment.
The third level will basically give you another Seal of Tempered Fate (the WoD Tier 17 raid bonus roll currency). So instead of 3 seals per week you’ll have one roll for free, basically giving you 4 rolls per week. We will give you more information in the future article, so keep an eye on the updated news here. Here, we will talk about what you can do for your Garrison on Beta tests. You will build your Barracks as your first large building, and you will be able to replace it once you learn the other blueprints and once you level up your Garrison.

Barracks
This building will give you more missions, more followers capacity and Draenor bodyguards. The blueprint is received by questing and is one of the first blueprints you’ll learn.
•Level 1: Unlocks patrol missions. Patrol missions have higher than normal follower experience rewards.
•Level 2: Allows a follower with the bodyguard trait to accompany you as a guardian in Draenor zones.
•Level 3: Increases your follower limit by 5 and grants access to racial guards and banners.

The level one perk is pretty clear. Once you build the barracks patrol missions are going to be available for you rewarding you with higher follower experience. The Call to Arms ability becomes available as well. When using it you’ll call a couple of NPCs to help you and aim their fire to a specific spot. That ability can be used only on Draenor and it doesn’t work in any instance.
Now the perk you are getting at level 2 allows you to have a guardian while playing in Draenor (except instances). This guardian is any of your followers with Bodyguard ability. There are about 7 followers with that ability at the moment and the interesting thing about them is that if you are choosing one of them to follow you, while killing monsters and questing with him, his reputation (affection) will increase as well. There is a max of 3 levels for each bodyguard (10.000 points each) and with every level the bodyguard can use new abilities.

WoW: PvP Season 15 Comes to an End
