WoW: Garrison’s Large Buildings Guide (2)

Now we continue talking about the Large Garrison on Beta tests. The second building is Dwarven Bunker / War Mill,  which will help you find better loot and also give you a full set of transmog items.

•Level 1: Doubles the chance for your quest rewards to get a rare or epic Bonus Upgrade. Allows the collection of armor scraps from the orc clans of Draenor for armor transmogrification use.
•Level 2: Additional armor transmogrification items are available to purchase for armor scraps.
•Level 3: Grants 1 of your 3 seals of tempered fate (raid bonus loot roll) at no cost each week.
The level one perk was something I enjoyed while playing on Beta realms. Basically every time you get a quest reward you have a small chance for the item you are getting to be rare or even epic. Well, this perk help doubles those chances.
At this level you’ll also be able to collect Iron Horde Scraps from the iron horde NPCs all around Draenor. The drop rate is pretty low though. These Scraps are used as a currency for the Iron Horde Scraps you’ll be able to purchase from this building. The second level of this building only gives you access to more transmog items at the moment.
The third level will basically give you another Seal of Tempered Fate (the WoD Tier 17 raid bonus roll currency). So instead of 3 seals per week you’ll have one roll for free, basically giving you 4 rolls per week. We will give you more information in the future article, so keep an eye on the updated news here.
